Does it support US sales tax, UAE 5% VAT, and Bangladesh 15% VAT?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Switch region to the US for USD with configurable state sales tax (NY, CA, TX, FL presets included). Switch to the UAE for AED with the federal 5% VAT and TRN on every tax invoice. Switch to Bangladesh for BDT (৳) with NBR-compliant 15% / 10% / 7.5% / 5% / 0% VAT rates and BIN on a Mushak 6.3-format VAT invoice.

Yes. In Bangladesh region the POS exposes bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, cash, card, bank transfer, and cheque — including split payments (e.g. partial bKash + partial cash). Each line records the trx ID / reference for reconciliation.

In the public demo, all your data is stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) — nothing is uploaded. Use Settings → Export to back up your data or move it between devices. For production deployments with multi-device sync, accounts, and automated backups, we offer a hosted or self-hosted version as part of a custom build.

React auto-escapes all user-supplied strings; we never use dangerouslySetInnerHTML.
