Refund Policy

1. Services Refund Policy
For custom services (web design, development, consulting):
• A 50% deposit is required before project commencement
• If you cancel within 48 hours of the deposit and no work has begun, you receive a full refund
• Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable
• Milestone-based payments are refundable only for unstarted milestones
• Completed and approved work is non-refundable
2. Digital Products
For digital products (templates, toolkits, resources):
• 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
• Refund requests must include a valid reason
• Products must not have been substantially used or redistributed
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
3. Course Refunds
For online courses:
• 30-day money-back guarantee from enrollment date
• Applicable if less than 30% of the course has been completed
• Courses completed beyond 30% are non-refundable
• Certificates that have been issued cannot be refunded
4. Subscription Refunds
For membership subscriptions:
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for the current billing period
• Access continues until the end of the paid period
• Annual plans: pro-rata refund available within the first 30 days
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
1. Email us at refunds@banglaicloud.com
2. Include your order/invoice number
3. Explain the reason for the refund request
4. We will review and respond within 48 hours
5. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Services that have been fully delivered and approved
• Digital products that have been downloaded and used extensively
• Custom work where scope has been changed by the client
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team
