Terms of Service

By accessing and using Banglai Cloud services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

Banglai Cloud provides digital consultancy, web development, software solutions, educational courses, digital products, and related services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements or service packages.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. For products and subscriptions: • Payments are processed securely via Stripe • Subscription fees are billed in advance • All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Banglai Cloud retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. NDA agreements are available upon request and are standard for all premium consulting engagements.

Banglai Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. We will deliver all completed work upon receipt of final payment.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first, then through binding arbitration if necessary.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
