PDF to CSV

Extract layout-preserved text as CSV (use Excel’s text-to-columns for tables).

⚡Runs on our server. Server-side: pdftotext -layout. Pure table detection still requires ML; we ship the layout-aware text and you can column-split in Excel. The file is processed in an isolated temp directory and deleted immediately after.
